How it works

Natant is designed to help companies manage their HR processes as simply as possible.

We have two portals:

• One for the users at https://portal.natant.co.uk
• One for the admins at https://admin.natant.co.uk

The users portal

Here you can manage your day to day. See when your next One to One is coming and fill the form, you can request time off and see everyone's time off calendar, which helps with planning. You will be able to create personal checklists that can help during your daily tasks. You will also see checklists created for you by your manager or platform admins.

The admins portal

Here your admins can manage different aspect of the platform, everything related to the members, departments and managing teams, as well as the time off policies and the One to One form.
