How does the process go
Natant has a really simple onboarding process designed to reduce the common pain points for new joiners and your HR people, like missing information, lack of guidance on the tasks needed, from the new member, the future manager and the HR.
Invitations
For new members
When admins invite a new member, use their personal email. Natant will send them a link to the onboarding portal, where they can fill up all their personal information (name, address, bank details...). Once they finish the HR team will receive a notification to let them know.
Natant will send several reminders to the new joiners, as well as the admins as the starting date approaches.
For existing members
For existing members, you can either use the path of the new members or you can give them direct access to the platform with their company email, and they can fill their details later on.
Checklists
Natant allows for admins to create templates for checklists that will be created when a member is onboarded (using the new members flow). These checklists can be for the admins, the manager or the user to see and complete.
